Archangel - a superior or high-ranking angel
In my novels, Archangels aren't just superior, but allied with the "dark" side of the conflict. They have tremendous black shredded wings and thin tentacles that coil from their backs; decapitating any foe unlucky enough to get in the way of the shards as an Archangel spins. This image was composed of 2 renders that, when combined, formed my vision for the piece.
